The following below requirements must be met to qualify for EZCUTS 2023 Lucky Draw.

By submitting your personal particulars to EZCUTS 2023 Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to abide by our below terms & conditions & decisions of EZCUTS:

• Promotion runs from 01 Feb 2023 to 31 Dec 2023
• Each purchase of one haircut ticket will be entitled to one lucky draw entry
• Participants may submit multiple entries based on different receipt submission but he/she will only be entitled to a maximum of one prize.
• There will be only 1 winner entitled to the prize.
• To participate, customer will have to scan the QR Code from the poster @ our Outlet using your personal mobile device & fill in your particulars.
• EZCUTS will not be responsible if customer provide incomplete or ineligible entries during your submission.
• Employees of EZCUTS & their immediate family members are not eligible for participation in this Lucky Draw.
• Participant confirms that all information provided at the time of Lucky Draw entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.
• The Lucky Draw will be conducted at EZCUTS Office on 1^stWeek of Jan 2024. The Management of EZCUTS will randomly select winners.
• EZCUTS will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on & at the advertised date & venue & by the mode (manually or electronically) as advertised, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode in such circumstances as EZCUTS may deem appropriate.
• Lucky Draw Winner will be contacted by End of Jan 2024 through the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 9 Feb 2024, their prize will be forfeited & another winner will be selected.EZCUTS decision at all stages of the Lucky Draw is final, no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, will be entertained.
• By submitting the Lucky Draw, you agree that EZCUTS may collect, use and disclose all personal data for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide goods & services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes EZCUTS may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided EZCUTS with consent.
• Winners are required to provide their full particulars, including their full NRIC/Passport/Identification number for the purpose of verification & audit, and prize must be personally claimed by the winner at the prize presentation event at the given date/time which will be provided to the winners. Prizes not claimed at the prize presentation event will be forfeited.
• EZCUTS may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in EZCUTS’ publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in EZCUTS without further compensation.
• Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of EZCUTS, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.
• EZCUTS shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Lucky Draw.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind, EZCUTS accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.
• The winning prize includes the following: Two economy air ticket to Tokyo, Japan with the Airline decide by EZCUTS.
• Travel is only permitted on Tokyo, Japan operated service between Singapore and Japan.
• All flights are subject to availability in the applicable booking class for economy or below.
• The winner will need to confirm the flights and have the tickets issued at least one month prior to the departure date.
• Upgrades are not permitted on Prize Winner tickets and Prize Winner tickets are not eligible for air point accruals or redemptions.
• Changes are not permitted once tickets have been issued.
• The prize does not include land transport (including travel to and from the airport), additional tours and ground arrangements, hotel incidentals, meals and all other activities and expenses. Any further incidentals/expenses incurred must be covered by the win.
• EZCUTS reserves the right to add to or modify any of its above terms and conditions or alter the prizes, without prior notice to the participants at its reasonable discretion.
